Auto Spreader — Pair Trading & Custom Spread Construction

Build Any Spread Across Any Instruments — Calendar, Inter-Product, Pair Trades — Live Net Premium, One Click to Execute

Auto Spreader is OptionX's professional cross-asset spread construction tool — the only widget that lets you combine completely arbitrary instruments into a single spread: Nifty options + BankNifty futures, equity + commodity, calendar spreads across expiries, or any custom synthetic. Each leg has independent instrument selection, B/S direction, ratio (order quantity), and multiplier (contribution weight to spread price). Live Net Premium updates tick by tick from WebSocket data. Min Tick is computed automatically as the GCD across all legs — ready to use as your limit order tick on the Strategy Ladder. Save the spread, open in a ladder for execution, or open a live spread price chart. The institutional-grade spread desk, inside your browser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ratio is the number of lots sent to the exchange per leg when you execute. Multiplier is the weight applied to that leg's LTP when computing the live Net Premium (spread price). They are often the same — a 1:2 ratio call spread has ratio 1/2 and multiplier 1/2. But you can set them differently: execute equal lots (ratio 1:1) while computing a notional-weighted spread price (multiplier 1:0.33 for a NIFTY vs BankNifty spread). The B/S direction automatically applies the correct sign to both.
